Carrier oils… essential oils…
Both play important roles in both and aromatherapy provide Therapeutic advantages. Some of them look the same.
However they are not the same. In reality, you will find more differences involving these than similarities.
Here is how the two are distinct.
#1: The origin of extraction
carrier oils have been obtained in the “fatty” components of plants like the seeds, seeds or kernels.
